AWC Highlights Our Leaders - Andrew Hilton, Branch Manager, Biloxi, MS
Andrew began his career in the health care field as a marketing representative in 2012. He joined the All Ways Caring team as a branch manager for the Biloxi, MS branch in 2020 when they first opened their doors. Since joining the team, he has helped grow the AWC name on the MS Gulf Coast.
With a strong marketing background, he has built a big presence within his local community by helping develop and host charitable events for nursing homes and other local organizations. Last year, Andrew, along with marketers from other health care businesses, began a charity event to help and raise money for local nursing homes for their residents come holiday time.
Many nursing home residents are unable to have visitors or cheerful experiences during the holidays. Additionally, some nursing facilities do not have the extra funding to provide a memorable experience of the holidays for the residents. The goal of the charity was to provide funds to the nursing homes so they could create a more meaningful holiday experience for their residents. Andrew and his team were able to raise just over $10,000 for the charity, and the funds were divided evenly between six local nursing homes. Andrew continues to stay as active as possible with local events, and he jumps at any opportunity to increase brand awareness for AWC within his community.
Andrew has been married to his wife for 6 years and has two amazing children, ages 4 and 17 months. Andrew played college soccer and continues his soccer career playing at a semi-professional level. He also enjoys golfing on the weekends and other sport activities in his free time.
