I went to a dr that needed X-rays and recommended DXP because they were in the same building and takes walk-ins. The first thing I asked was if they took my insurance. The lady behind the counter looked up my name to see if I've ever been there, she saw my name and insurance in the system, I informed her that I had different insurance and handed her my insurance card. She said they took my insurance and I had X-rays done. I received a bill 2 weeks later saying my insurance denied claim. I called insurance and they said DXP was out of network. I called DXP and they said the wrong member id was written on the form by my dr office. I said it doesn't matter because I still gave them my insurance card. She had to call me back to figure out what happened. She said I never gave my insurance card, which was a lie, and because they typed in wrong id they got from my dr I'm still liable for the bill. I haven't been there for 6 years, the very least I should have had to feel out new patient information that way they couldn't have had the chance to say I didn't give them my insurance card. Don't trust DXP!!

I had an MRI appointment scheduled, driving 2 hours each way to get there. They TEXTED me a cancellation 10 minutes before my scheduled arrival time. No apologies from them. I strongly recommend you schedule your imaging anywhere else but here.
