I'm wondering if this company is actually still in business. I've been trying to contact someone for the past weeks - calling and leaving messages - and have yet to get a returned phone call. The reviews on this site are also pretty old. However, Graduate installed my roof 2 years ago (before I bought the home) and the materials and labor are still under warranty. That doesn't mean much when you can't contact anyone however. I have a leak that according to two independent assessments I've had conducted, is the result of an installation error - missing or inadequate flashing. I've been trying to reach someone at Graduate to have them come out to evaluate and repair it but can't reach anyone. I understand that the recent storms have folks busy, but I'd expect a returned call at least. I'd also expect that they would stand by their work when someone has spent over $20k+ with them and the labor and materials are still under warranty. Based on current experience, I'd steer clear of these guys and never do business with them. They don't appear to do good work - or at least didn't in the case of my roof - and more importantly you won't be able to reach anyone to have your issue addressed.

We recently had our entire roof replaced by Graduate Contracting and specifically worked with Scott. He and his team did great work, and was always available to answer questions for us. My fiancé dealt over the phone with Andrea in their office several times, and she was very helpful in simplifying the process for us. Graduate contracting as a whole was friendly, affordable, and we will definitely recommend them in the future!

Great products, good people, quality workmanship, very professional, on time, excellent clean up, competitive price on top line products. Highly recommend, will use again.

The sincerity of this company and Dustin Davidson are in question with me. I think that one should not suggest they are going to do something and then do not do it. There was no return call after calling back several times. And after emailing several times there was no reply.
I guess they did not have to do it but to imply that they would is bad business. This is just how I feel when dealing with this company and Dustin.

I reached out to Paden, after being referred by a friend, to ask for a roof inspection. I was about 98% certain I needed a new roof and was ready to do what I had to so I could get it done. Paden cane out to inspect and sent me a report along with a call. His recommendation was that my roof is aged but there was no need to replace anything. As a business owner, I know that Paden doesn't make money to make that recommendation but I appreciate the pure honesty given. When my roof is ready I can guarantee I will call Graduate Contracting!

Graduate Contracting is a fantastic company. After a severe thunderstorm back in July, one of their guys came out to take a look at some possible damage on the roof. Very polite and professional demeanor, and were always quick to respond to emails and phone calls. One of the guys drove out a few days after we first contacted Graduate and assessed our situation. In the end we didn't need the entire roof replaced, though they did find a few leaky spots that they went ahead and patched. The crews worked very fast and had the job done in an afternoon. No mess or debris was left at all; you wouldn't have even known that anybody has even been there working! I work from home most of the time so I was very pleased at the speed and tidiness of the crew, which in all honestly has been one of our bigger problems with other home improvement companies. All in all, we were very impressed and if any bigger jobs come up down the road we will definitely be giving Graduate a call!
