Do not work with this company! This experience has been terrible, I regret spending any money with them. The communication is terrible, they called my wife and myself liars. I'm ready to cancel my install, was suppose to start today....

The product is fantastic and we love our new floors. The installers got the job done a few days late causing some frustration around moving into our home. We had just painted the walls and doors and the installers left dirty fingerprints all over the doors when they rehung them. There were some miscommunications in the sales process which we could have easily dealt with, however, the customer service experience was atrocious. The sales rep, Heidi, was rude and insincere when approached when we shared our issues. Quality product. Poor customer experience.
