Foster Hydraulics can produce cylinders with bore diameters from 2 inches up to 16 inches and strokes of up to 180 inches, all manufactured using only the highest quality materials: ground and polished, hard chrome-plated rods with 75,000 and 100,000 min. yield, depending on the customers need; barrel material is St52.3 Grade that is stress relieved annealed; ductile iron glands and pistons; and all welds are certified to A.W.S. B2.1, D1.1 and ASME Section 9 standards.
