Advantix Development Corporation is a non-profit affiliate of the Evansville Housing Authority (EHA), operating in areas of development, construction, property management and RAD consultation. Since early in the process, Advantix has expertly assisted EHA with the many details associated with RAD funding, government requirements, facilitating contractors and countless other related concerns. Advantix continues to pursue additional opportunities to own, operate, acquire and develop affordable housing throughout the region.
