Agave & Rye - Louisville

Nicest people in Louisville. Everything I've had here was delicious. The staff are excellent

Went today for lunch and was extremely impressed. I think in terms of uniqueness this place definitely stands out. I think the prices of the tacos might deter you at first, but they are stuffed to the absolute brim. I could hardly finish two tacos which speaks to how much was in each of them.

My favorite of the two was the kung pao taco. It was so good!

The service was excellent and very efficient

we had a server who didn't serve us for about 45 minutes we went to go get a manager and her name was Carmen: the manager's name is Carmen and she was GREAT.
she fixed us right up and we are so grateful for her, the server didn't even acknowledge us as she took the order of the people right next to us.
Carmen was phenomenal, we had two new-comers with us and their experience got better the second Carmen came to us. we love her and we will be returning just for her. we will always ask for her specifically.
the food was great too, and carmen always communicated with us any wait times or delays

Im very disappointed ive never had an issue my food is horrible thy took back and gave me the same taco back...im just in AWWE. the service was great but food disappointing i didnt even ask for money back i just wanna go home and just say forget it...

This place is quirky, colorful and delicious. The waiter was kind and helpful. Definitely would return when we come back to Louisville. My hubby got the Elote Hotdog and I got the Bomb Taco (carne asada, spicy shrimp, bbq, mac n cheese, fried onions)

Truth be told, if we didn't do the tour and tasting at Prohibition Craft Spirits we would have never known about this place. And we sure are glad that it was recommended to us.

It's an eclectic restaurant. You first walk through a yellow door and are greeted by a nice looking bar and front dining area. We were led to the arcade room with arcade murals. There was a nice outdoor patio, it was a nice day, but we opted to eat in. The co-owner at Prohibition Craft Spirits said the tacos were huge and you only got one in an order. We thought that was weird and so decided to order an appetizer. We got the Epic Queso Birria. Holy cow was it huge. Three of us couldn't finish it (big guys, too!) Every bite more delicious than the last.

As we're trying to make a dent in the queso, out come our tacos. My friend got the Sugar Daddy of the Plain Jane. Looked great. Tasted awesome! He got his with a side of tater tots. Tots means small. These are the size of egg rolls and are just okay. I got The Rooster. I would never have thought to put that combo in a taco. Now that's all I do. I think, would this make a good taco? And then I try it. I got fries with a side of queso. So so good. My other friend got the Love Shack 2. Again, another delicious creation. We wanted dessert, but thought better of it as we may have exploded. Everything was so good and plentiful, generous portions. You can easily eat half and take the rest first and extremely filling meal later.

Agave & Rye is hands down one of the best places I have been to in Louisville, let alone anywhere for that matter. I will be back the next time I'm in town.

This was our first time dining at the Louisville location of Agave & Rye and we were not disappointed! This chain of restaurants has quickly become a favorite! The restaurant has a very distinctive design and I absolutely love it. The wait staff was top notch. Always making sure our drinks were filled. We chose the OG Margaritas for our drinks. For an appetizer, we chose the sweet corn fritters with serrano aioli. It's hard to beat. My husband always gets the Alderman Epic Taco which he absolutely loves. I tried something new and got the Gangsta Epic Taco. OMG so good! If you're in the Louisville area, I highly recommend stopping in, you won't be sorry!

Agave & Rye never misses! The decor is so cool and eclectic, and the tacos are delicious. I always have such a fun time hanging out there and sipping margs. All the staff is super sweet. The last time I went, Julia was my server and she did an incredible job. She was so friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and truly made it the best experience!

Every time I come here, I end up trying a new taco! I've had several of the options and like the Swipe Right or The Bomb! But this time I got the birria tacos. It's a very cool place to hang out and either inside or outside. There's arcade games inside and in the summer it's a fun place to hang out by the patio. If you are looking for a nice good taco and a place to hang out, definitely check this place out

I always have an amazing experience when I come to A&G Louisville compared to other locations! The food is always fantastic, especially the Shrimp Rangoon Bites! Kim was my bartender who is absolutely fantastic! She is personable, knowledgeable and all around a great time! I love coming in to chat with her and enjoying a delicious meal at the same time. If you haven't had the opportunity to stop in you definitely should give it a try sometime soon!
