Hall Contracting is headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky. Over the past 63 years, we have grown steadily into one of the most respected employee owned and municipal contractors in the Southeast and Midwest Regions. For us, the key to success has been the commitment by all levels of management to improving the safety processes, the implementation of a substance abuse testing program and the ongoing training of all personnel. Our most important asset is OUR PEOPLE! We are typically listed as a general contractor because we frequently manage projects on a turnkey construction basis, however, we prefer to self perform as much as possible. We are a very diversified company, that can perform the following: new construction, upgrades and maintenance on heavy and industrial industries, new construction, modernization and retrofitting of power plants/substations, new construction and maintenance on cross-country pipeline projects, construction on wastewater/water treatment plants, construction and modifications of heavy highway and bridge projects and asphalt paving from small to large paving projects with the aide of our own asphalt plant. Providing a safe working environment with strict enforcement of sound safety procedures is paramount at our employee owned company. Hall Contracting is proud of its record it has achieved over the years concerning safety and health of our employees. We are gratified that our experience modification rate is below the standard 1.0. These results, however, has not deterred us in our daily efforts to continue to improve. Our goal is "zero accidents".
