Ethan and Derek came to install some upgrades to our HVAC system and cleaned out air ducts. They were phenomenal! They called to let us know when they would arrive. They were friendly, knowledgeable and they finished the job quickly. They also explained what they were doing and told us how to maintain our new system. As an added bonus, out doggies loved them. We've had nothing but positive experiences with Aire Serve and their technicians. They're awesome.

Had a nest thermostat installed that was five wires, yellow and blue wires were mislabeled so we called them out to take a look. They swapped the two wires around, replaced a fuse and told us we had poor gas pressure and we were charged $319 dollars. The technician spent all of ten minutes inside of the thermostat and 30 minutes total on site, we were charged 200 dollars and told he rewired the thermostat. Keep in mind this is a nest thermostat where you push a tab down to release the and move it into a new hole. 200 dollars to move two wires, imagine if they actually wired the thermostat what that charge would have been. I would take your money else where and that may give you honest pricing.

The serviceman Jeremy took extra time to service our air conditioning system and gave valuable advice on how to avoid further costly repairs. We have used Aire Serve for years and they are very patient to make sure I understood the information. Jeremy even trimmed bushes around our outside unit so the unit would run more efficiently!

We have used Aire Serv of Louisville for many years in our business. They have tailored to our specific needs in a friendly and professional manner at a reasonable cost. Work was always done in the time frame and cost as quoted, Highly recommend them.

I hired Aire Serv to install a central air conditioner in my home in May 2020. They gave a free estimate, installed the unit in a timely and professional manner. All workers were polite, and made adjustments to the install when termite damage was found . They returned phone calls expediently and in a user friendly manner.
I had some issues with condensation in July . They came out the same day I called and returned a day later to address the problem which I considered extraordinary due to high volume of work during the hot summer. I would hire them again and recommend to friends and family. They also sent names and photos of workers prior to their arrival at my home. I give them 5 stars. The receptionist, Wanda is professional and always addressed my concerns...a real asset to this company.

I never got a bid from this group. Even after a call to ask about it and being told I would get the next day, here it is 1 week later and still no bid.

Aireserv installed a new furnace in my house a little bit over a year ago, but used a blower motor that is much too powerful for the duct work. This has lead to all sorts of problems and numerous tech visits. Aireserv denied there being a problem with the blower motor that they installed and refused to honor the warranty on the furnace to fix the problem. I would definitely not recommend this company.

Our AC went out on Friday afternoon. The Aire Serv repair tech, came out on Saturday morning and told us what we already knew...that our 21 yr old AC unit needed to be replaced. He gave us some tips to help it limp along until we could have a new unit installed.

Bill, the Aire Serv sales rep, met us at our house on Monday. We discussed different equipment and options. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He understood we would be getting quotes from other companies and assured us that his pricing be better. After meeting with three other companies, Bill was proven right.

Aire Serv was more than $1000 less expensive than the closest competitor for the same Lennox equipment. We signed a contract with Bill on Tuesday afternoon, with the install scheduled two days later on Thursday! The other companies were 2-4 weeks out on installs.

The install team (Richard & Justin) arrived promptly at 9am on Thursday and got straight to work. The removal and install was smooth and painless. They finished up around 5pm and spent an additional 45 minutes explaining how the new equipment worked, how to get the most out of the system, and answering our remaining questions.

We went from an old, broken AC unit to a complete high-efficiency HVAC system in less than one week.

Wish I could give zero stars. Was connected with them through Home Depot when I was told I could get a free air filter if I spoke with somebody from Aire Serv about an AC tuneup. I needed an AC tuneup so I agreed. They came to my house and proceeded to give me a laundry list of things (probably fabricated) that were wrong with my unit, that of course they could fix for $2,000. One of the items was that my R-22 refrigerant was low and that they would replace it for $700. I was told that the price was high because "soon it won't be made anymore." I looked online and found several options under $200. I would recommend steering clear of this company.

STAY AWAY!!! I spent close to 4 thousand on a furnace with them, they cashed the check and did a half ass job. My thermostat they installed does not work and when I called to get a tech out, I was promised an 9am. They didn't show up and told me I am on their "work in list" this is piss poor service! RUN FAR AWAY from this company. They are nice as can be till they get your check, then they treat you like garbage.
