Coit Cleaning & Restoration

Recently had COIT do duct cleaning. A sales representative called within a day of my inquiry and we had a consult schedule for that week. That consult took place - very professional technician counted our vents, rooms, systems, etc. and gave a estimate within 30min. The actual cleaning took place the following week. The team if two spent about 3-4 hours blasting air into and vacuuming our vents. It's a loud process, so work from home is tough.

There was a little residual crud on the floors, but otherwise the team did a good job leaving the house clean.

I used Coit to clean my cream area rug. I thought my rug was completely done for, and was really disappointed because I couldn't find a replacement I loved as much. They can quickly, picked up the rug, had it for a week, then delivered it back on time. It's truly never looked this clean. Maybe when it was purchased, but even then, I'm not sure. I'm extremely pleased and will be calling them again when it's time to clean my floors, air ducts, etc.

We needed our vents cleaned in our house and Mike came out and gave us a high quality quote with a 40% discount which was our best value. We accepted the quote and today Terry called before he came. He was very professional about his business and explained to us exactly what he was going to do and did an AWESOME job. I would be proud to recommend Terry and Coit. David M

I wanted to commend Justin for his hard work on May 11 th at our house in Clarksville. We have traffic areas that have set in stains but he worked long and hard to get it the best it could be.

I finally got my 20+ year old sofa cleaned. After years of ground in dog hair and dirt, Coit got it really clean. The man used time to do the job thoroughly and it came out cleaner than I expected. Based on my experience, I can recommend COIT for upholstery cleaning.

I had an appointment scheduled for 8-12. I took off work to be home. At 12:38. I received a call from an unknown number and did not answer it. 15 minutes later I called Coit and said that I was worried because they had not shown up. They told me that because I had not answered my phone 15 minutes prior, they had canceled my appointment. I did not receive any notification or voicemail from them. Very disappointing! I was at home waiting for them. I will never use them again.

I would love to give a shout out to Coit carpet cleaning service. The company gave us a time line of 9-12. Two of the representatives: Marvin and Justin were right on time at 9:00. These two young men were courteous and highly professional. They answered all on our questions. The carpet we had cleaned were in two large rooms. With that being said. It took them less than an hour. If anyone is in need of carpet cleaning or restriction services. Call Coit !!

We have been wanting to get the carpets cleaned in our house. I noticed on Coit's webpage that they were offering 40% off this month. So I filled out the online request for same day quote & service. Shortly after submitting my request I received a call from Coit confirming my appointment. They called a second time two days before my scheduled appointment as a confirmation reminder.

On Monday morning Blake called me when he was in route to our house & have me an estimated time of arrival. On Blake's arrival I showed him the areas of the house we wanted cleaned. He wrote up the estimate & got to work. A drop cloth was laid down & plastic plates were placed to protect wall corners. In less than 1 hour our carpets were cleaned & he removed all his supplies. So satisfying to see clean carpets with fresh lines!

I was surprised by all the offerings Coit does.... drapes, hardwood, tile, furniture, duct work & so much more! Thanks Blake for getting out carpets back into shape Monday morning!

Scheduling was the only thing that I could say was up to any standard. The guys came while I was out of town. They left all spots that were in need. They came back but when I asked them if they spot cleaned, they lied with a yes, there was zero possibility that they'd had even tried. And still they left some spots.

Coit relies on their old name and being a vendor of choice in the building this condo is in. But their actual cleaning leave much to be desired. None of the carpet looked super cleaned nor protected with scotch guard. Will not use them again because their attitude and efforts just did not seem as high quality as they pretended to be. Thx

Needed my Afghanistan Rugs cleaned and conditioned during a move. They picked them up, cleaned them nice and pretty and returned them to my new home.
They also sell pads, we are going to contact them to buy from COIT
