I would not recommend them at all they are great to get your business but after they get it they come up with every reason, every excuse to when all insurance issues arise they don't take responsibility for issues that arise we almost lost our guys life insurance policy because they put there name as the contact and the administrator instead of us and was getting all of the emails until I received a phone call from the company, and we got it corrected. Then we ask them they want to come back and say we don't send out invoices ok then why did you make yourself the administrator over our account.

I just met Rob at a conference, it was clear his confidence was backed up by his knowledge and expertise. I learned a lot from him and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone in the Louisville area hands-down. He is technologically savvy and very aware of current industry trends.

I ended up with this agency, when my previous agent retired. They have been very unresponsive. I have made inquiries via mail and email to review my policies. No response. I don't even know who my agent is at this company. Looking to change companies as soon as possible.
